The hotel has spacious rooms overlooking the pool, although the bathroom wall unit was not properly installed. The cleaning staff visited twice during my stay, which I appreciated. The service was a bit below par as they were rude and provided used towels before new ones. The location is superb for easy access to the interstate system in Hammond, with proximity to the mall and 24-hour stores. However, the dining experience was lacking, opening late and offering minimal options without breakfast included. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location with some drawbacks in service and dining.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to the I-10 and various stores and restaurants, making it easy to get around. However, the room had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as fleas, cobwebs, and a musty smell, which was a bit disappointing. The service also had its drawbacks, with some unpleasant encounters and early closure of facilities.
